How to Request a Password

  1. Type in your email address

  2. Select “Request Password”

Step 1 -

  1. Select “Request Password’

Step 2 -

  1. Press Ok and go to your email account.

Step 3 -

Use this password to:

  1. Renew your membership

  2. Edit your profile

  3. Change your password to one that is easier for you to remember.

  4. View your history

Step 4 -

  1. You will see “Password” outlined in red if you return to the website immediately after receiving your email.

  2. You can enter it or choose to leave the page or website.
